Rohit Dhawan leads Data, Digital and AI Strategy at Amazon Web Services in Asia Pacific. As an industry veteran, Rohit is one of the most influential practitioners in the field of data and AI across a range of industries including commercial and public sectors. He and his team focus on digital transformation that leverages a combination of emerging tech, people, process and scale mechanisms to find new opportunities for the use of data within an organisation. He is an early adopter of digital platforms. Prior to AWS, Rohit served as the Head of Customer and Marketing Intelligence at Accenture South-East Asia and as a consultant with Deloitte and IBM in Australia. He retains PhD and Masters from the University of Sydney in AI and Machine Learning.
