Hardi currently leads the digitalisation and digital transformation efforts for Singapore’s heritage sector within the public service as Director & Chief Information Officer of the National Heritage Board. Over the past 13 years, he had similarly led other successful digital initiatives such as the MND’s OneService@SG (www.oneservice.sg); Kill-The-Q - GovTech & Temasek Polytechnic supported start-up mentioned in Singapore’s Committee of Supply Speech 2019; and programme managed 2 of GovTech’s largest Whole-of-Government IT infrastructure programmes.

His current role involves building a strong digital enabled NHB team, leading & managing it to digitalise, operate and transform the delivery of Government digital services within our museums & heritage institutions by taking an "outside-in" view, putting citizens & businesses at the core, facilitating collaboration with citizens & businesses to co-develop new immersive ‘phygital’ technologies as Singapore builds up its heritage sector, with fuller use of technology to live, work and play.
Hardi also contributes to the Singapore arts & culture sector as a culture tech professional, social entrepreneur and industry mentor focusing on helping the sector, including supporting Community Volunteering Programmes centred on improving the lives of under privileged students and families using infocomm working with various support groups in Singapore.

He was recognised as one of the top 75 & 100 tech transformational leaders regionally across Southeast Asia & Hong Kong in 2021 & 2022 respectively by IDG.
