Feng-Yuan Liu is the Vice-president of Business Development at Aicadium, a global AI product and technology company dedicated to creating and scaling machine learning solutions for industrial computer vision. In August of 2021, Aicadium acquired Basis-AI, a software company that helped data-driven enterprises deploy AI responsibly, where Feng-Yuan was Co-founder and CEO. Prior to co-founding Basis-AI, he was responsible for leading and driving Smart Nation data initiatives for the Singapore government, including setting up and growing the data science and AI capabilities within GovTech. Feng-Yuan is passionate about building the deep technology ecosystem in Singapore and harnessing data for positive impact. He graduated from Oxford University on a President’s Scholarship.
