Lim Meng Hwee has over two decades of experience in the technology and cybersecurity industry. Currently serving as the SVP and General Manager of Cybersecurity Solutions & Services at ST Engineering, Meng Hwee is responsible for driving growth and success in the highly competitive cybersecurity market.

Meng Hwee has a proven track record of developing and implementing effective strategies that address complex cybersecurity challenges faced by organisations today. His leadership and strategic vision have driven the growth and success of ST Engineering's cybersecurity solutions and services business.

Prior to joining ST Engineering, Meng Hwee held various leadership positions in the technology and cybersecurity industry. He has extensive experience developing and implementing large-scale cybersecurity solutions for clients across various industries.

Meng Hwee holds a Double Masters from the Naval Postgraduate School (Computer Science – Information Assurance) and the National University of Singapore (Defence Technology Systems).

In addition to his professional achievements, Meng Hwee is also actively involved in the community. He is an EXCO member of the Singapore Computer Society Cybersecurity Chapter and strongly encourages others to join various philanthropic initiatives, e.g., Career mentoring and coaching programs. In his free time, he enjoys golf, traveling, spending quality time with his family, and being a wine aficionado.
