Percival Goh leads the growth and development of Training & Simulation System business which delivers learning, training & simulation systems and solutions. He started his career with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), and he attained the rank of Brigadier-General when he retired. His last appointment was Commander SAF Command, Control, Communications and Computers (C4) Command SAF’s Chief Information Officer. In that role, he formulated the MINDEF’s Digitalisation Plan as part of the Public Sector Transformation in 2019. Concurrently, he commands the Cyber Security Task Force, which oversees the MINDEF / SAF’s cyber security operations. His prior appointments include Chief Signal Officer / Army Chief Information Officer.
